The 2010 event is over, but here's an exciting announcment.... The Protospiel Game Design Contest Protospiel is celebrating our 10th year and we've got a
surprise! But we're not giving anything away. That's right! You're
going to have to work for it! Started in 2001 by game designers Stephen Glenn, Dominic Crapuchettes, and Mike Petty, Protospiel is an annual get-together of amateur and established game designers to test and promote nearly-finished game prototypes. The atmosphere is casual, yet everyone is serious about their goals and dreams of publishing games. If you are interested to read some impressions of a previous year's event, check out the following: A brief wrap-up of the 2006 event and its highlightsKes Sampanthar's Protospiel 2004 article at The Games Journal Mike Petty's Protospiel 2002 article at The Games Journal LATEST NEWS
