A House Divided recreates the entire US Civil War from the first gunshots fired at Fort Sumter to its bitter conclusion.

A House Divided pits two individuals, one controlling the Union army and the other commanding the Confederate forces, against each other as they struggle to decide the fate of a nation. The players maneuever their troops, utilize naval movement, siege cities, and build defenses while trying to maintain their forces through recruiting drives and the draft, in this detailed yet easy to play game.
